| Review: | Orion at OSH Very reasonable cost-wise...current aircraft rental rates around $80/hour, wet. Instruction around $25/hour. Great instructors, easy access to aircraft/scheduling. Great place to learn at a controlled airport without being to busy. Huge runways/taxiways are great for confidence building; no back-taxiing and spending time (and $$$)waiting for departures/landings, etc. Most of the instructors seem to be younger CFI's that are still excited about flying. Trainers are N model 172's and a few Remos'. |
