| Review: | The best place to train Air D is the best place to train in Northern Minnesota. The school is located in a very picturesque area and makes flying all the more fun. The school offers everything from PPL to CPL and multi-engine ratings. Unlike bigger schools Air-D is a one-man show and this ensures that every student gets enough attention. Also this helps keep the number of students to minimum and prevents over-crowding! The owner/instructor has over 10,000 hours of flight time. The planes are older but well maintained. The field is a non-towered field and this greatly helps with the time spent learning to fly rather than on the ground waiting for clearances and such. Accommodation is also available and now AIR D also issues I-20 for international students. |
