Review: THIS PLACE IS A JOKE....GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE
The airplanes at this place are scary!!!! Old corroded c-150's and worked over cherokee's. None of them have GPS or a working VOR for that matter. It is owned by stuffy british people who think they are heirs to the throne. They charge $139/hour for the most beat up PA28 I have ever seen!! INOP placards all over the cockpit. The accomidation is overpriced and ratty. Two or three people to a small bedroom. Nasty greasy old pillows and sheets that smell of not washing. The owner has locks on the thermostat in the houses so you cant turn on the AC.....unbearable in summer. Plenty of suprise charges when you get there for trival things like pictures and deposits and cleaning fees(houses were never cleaned). FAA instructors that wouldn't know how to teach a EFATO if it bit them in the AR>>E. Dont expect a refund if you back out of one of their programs either. They owe students over $100,000.00 in refund money. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF.
