| Review: | Rags To Riches Epic is a school that had an excellent salesman who "lied" his way into selling it what it is today , u get charged a lot and the time frame given is totally wrong as well as i was stuck there at a time when they recruited half of bloody India and had not enough aircrafts to give students. The owner is a person that an average human being will not be able to carry on a conversation with. The school made millions off the indian crowds but were also very "racist" in their ways of dealing with the students. Its the indians that made this small town "trailer park" boy a very wealthy man. The infrastructure was never built , we had a "trailer" for a bloody ground school. The aircrafts were always in maintenance , the weather was really bad for weeks and months of the time i was there. There is currently a "bald" manager there that has a "freaky fetish" for most women cause he's a pervert , employees as well as students , he has a sexual harrasement case been slapped onto him by an ex female employee and has behaved shady with many an 18 yr old "babygirl" student of his. The instructors were good (most of em) and the aircrafts were safe (as long as they were out of maintenance) which was 30%-40% of the time only. They got famous by the "word of mouth" of the indians , and then got "infamous" the same way , word has been passed around india about peoples experiences in the school. They will never get as much the business ever again. All in all not a good place to be in if u dont wanna have bad experiences. Small town America aint for u if ur anything cept a white person. U get called a terrorist even when ur in a decent uniform walking to a bloody bus stop to get to the airport. So why would u want to pay so much for all this hassle ?? go to places where u pay as much but atleast get treated with respect cause the last thing u need is to be stressed during a thing like a flight course , ur focus gets outta place. If Epic needs a change its probably their Attitude and Management that needs a change and maybe they could and would finally become a great flight school someday |

Hmmmm.... let's blame Epic for the weather!!!! Darn you, Danny the Weather Shaman! Stop your rain dances! Lol. And let's blame Danny and Epic for the racist comments by the hillbillies in Daytona Beach. As if Epic could do anything about it. You gotta have thicker skin! After 9/11, things changed in America forever, and not being a citizen, you'll never understand that. The US has a long way to go, but it's hardly the fault of a nice flight academy in Florida. Having dealt with Epic before, I like the place. The trailer isn't in use anymore and hasn't been for months. Epic utilizes multiple buildings for their campus and the facilities are actually quite nice. Thanks for a great experience, Epic! Danny and Mike, thanks for running a tight ship! Sounds like the bruised and sour apples are a bit more vocal then the rest of the bushel. |

Well i totaly disagree with lovesplanes. I have been to epic, it a place full of RULES AND FOOLS. pointing to danny-fool, mike and stuart for rules. Sean Clyne the new president looks like a guy involved for sure in a convective activity. I am afraid why is love planes stopped loving planes and started loving epic I am sorry if loveplanes feel bad but i totaly disagree with him. |
