| Review: | A Great School for You Bel-Air International gave me the opportunity to finally work towards and achieve my dream of being a pilot. As someone who works full time, Bel-Air has the flexibility to allow me to both work full-time and take my flying lessons with ease. The fleet is excellent and the mechanics insure a safe flight each and every time I take to the sky. With an excellent roster of instructors as well as administration, Bel-Air is a flight academy that I would recommend to anyone serious about becoming a pilot. Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | My Experience It has been 3 months from the day I joined Bel-Air International and my expectations have been more than met. I work with Air India and that helps me to understand the aviation field and I can say that all the important aspects are taken care of with Bel-Air International. You get to fly regularly and with your efforts and hard work you will achieve what you want. After all the time I put in to find a school, I don’t think I have made the wrong choice. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Future I know Over 45 pilots including me who got their commercial pilot license from Bel Air in the last 15 months. Faa has given a green light to every airplane of Bel Air. Only people who end up spending a lot of money at Bel Air are those who are not dedicated to flying and the studies involved in it .If you expect to fly 2 hours every week, you are not going to retain anything. If you have time to dedicate to flying, you will get done in soon and it will not cost you a lot. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Stay away! I agree completely with the previous reviewer. The owner of the "school", Alex, is a crook and will tell you anything you want to hear to get his hands on your money. It will end up costing you a fortune because he will keep asking for more money, telling you your loan money has run out. I know of someone who has already spent $50,000 and hasn't even finished the instrument rating yet. He treats the instructors like dirt, expecting them to be there almost every day and barely pays them minimum wage. How can you expect quality instruction from someone like that? I did have some good instructors who I am still friends with, but no one I know has anything good to say about this place. It has a horrible reputation in the area and I am embarrassed to tell people I went there. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Your money is more important than safety I spent 1.5 years here and I would never recommend this school. The owner has hired instructors without ever looking at their logbook/certificates, two mechanics were uncertified, and the ground school doesn't even exist. A very dangerous place in terms of safety and I am glad I decided to leave after spending far too much money than I should have. A good amount of instructors are only there for the hours and can care less about you as a person/pilot. The owner once forced me to fly illegaly back from an uncontrolled airport to our home airport without required instruments so that he could have the plane back for the next day of flying. The owner mistreats valued instructors, has gotten into many fights with them and even fired an experienced mechanic over personal issues. He has mistreated myself as a student and has also taken me off the flying schedule without notice so that international students can fly in my place. An outright horrible place to fly, the FAA has even grounded the fleet on numerous occasions for operating aircraft unairworthy and illegaly. The only plus for this school is it's roomy facility which is far larger than any other school on the small airport; a very misleading place to be. Comments [ 0 ] |
