| Review: | Ace Aviation 18 years ago I purchased a share in a DC3. After turning 60 years old, I had to retire from airline flying and so was able to finally get checked out on the DC3. "Got any tail dragger time?" enquired the Chief Pilot, "yes" I replied "70 hours - on Chipmunks". "And when was that?" continued the Chief pilot, "in 1969" I answered, "well, it might be a good idea to get some more taildragger hours in..." came the reply. So I came down to Ace Aviation and got rated on the Maule. Great instruction, great flying - I did the "farm strip" and "mountain flying" courses too. | Review: | Well done Ace A great place to have an extremely relevant BFR conducted, great knowledge and experience with tail draggers. I find Kerry's knowledge better than other training establishments that I have used previously and feel at home and welcome immediately on entering Ace's establishment. Comments [ 0 ] |
