| Review: | update from previous review i would like to hear from the person who posted from egypt - I posted previously when things were going good but they soon after went bad to worse then shaun - the so called owner - vanished along with all my thousands of pounds of my money - now bankrupcy just around the corner would advise EVERYONE to give him or anything he is affiliated o a WIDE Berth... please update on this forum i you know where he is working my scores were from when they were up and running and i was led to believe all was ok - stay away from these guys Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | cloud dancer i must say jack has put up a rather detailed review,of which evrything is true including the duct tape,which was always a concern during most of my preflights.I was there last year and must add that the housing was also realy bad,wonder if those things have changed lately.the school has managed to sustain thanks to inflow of foreign students who are unaware of the situation till they arive and well into their private,and then its complete hassle to change schools as the M1 s have to changed along with the school,so they stick to the school and just bare with everything.overall its a school tilting to the bad side of the scale. | Review: | All companies have hard times I began learning to fly with this company over a year ago and have amassed a number of hrs and completed all but 1 of my exams, not been able to fly due to an operation on my eye 3 months grounded and a further 3 months grounded from snapping my achilles - also work commitments and bad weather being the cause for lack of flight training HRS NOTHING ELSE. I have my Class 1 & my training schedule is back on track and would urge anyone to book a flight. - the company has had to endure a lot of bad press from people, who in all honesty i believe to be the same person. I can only knock the porta cabin (for being a bit too cold) that the school is run from up at LBA but in all seriousness it has everything you need, before setting off on your flight, classrooms for study and a great sim for practicing on. I am in no way related to anyone running the business or gaining anything from making this review, i'm sick of reading about outdated bad comments on the internet and forums and feel it needed to be said so take it from someone training with them right now, if you want quality training get in touch. 3 times i have been intouch with multiflight prior to commencing training and not once did i receive a pack with costs and courses, 2 of the times i had to leave a voicemail and the 1 time i got thru, i spoke to a lady was more interested in just taking my name and address to send the pack out, and didnt want to entertain my requests of tailoring a course to suit me..... | Review: | Ridiculous Cloud 9 Aviation are a complete team of fraudsters! They have conned and swindled many would bve pilots out of money for a long time now advertising ATPL when they do not even have a ground school approval. Despite this they were more than happy to recieve money up front from pupils even though they had no intention of providing the service what they had sold. 3 main suspects.... Shaun WIlkinson,Emily Wilkinson and Thomas Wilkinson. DONT GO NEAR THEM GUYS. The positive comments on here were fabricated by 1 or all of these 3 as I have never even heard of another pilot who passed with C9 never mind would recommend them. Cloud 9 has finally gone t i t s up just like it should have before it skanked countless young pilots outa there hard earned cash. Check out C9 owner shaun on net. Not the first time he has ruined a company and left behind a lot of debt. He is a banned director which is why his kids are directors of C9. They are a complete set of jokers, con merchants and thieves. Try multiflight, just next door, much more good history and no history of fraud and business failure unlike C9 and the same if not lower price. Cloud 9 is the state of mind of the owner and his kids if they think that there company is a respected FTO. it has probs the worst reputation I have ever heard of! Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Great down to earth Team HI I AM JUST FINISHING MY PPL AT SHEFFIELD CITY AIRPORT WITH THESE GUYS. I HAVE BEEN TO 3 OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND AND CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT CLOUD 9 ARE THE BEST BY FAR. I'M ASIAN AND FOUND THE OTHER SCHOOLS WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY TOWARDS ME AND MY MATES. THEY HAVE ANOTHER SCHOOL AT LEEDS, LEEDS FLYING SCHOOL AND ONE AT GAMSTON AND PRAGUE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC. THEY ARE REALLY YOUNG AND FRESH WITH GOOD IDEAS,(FOCUSING ON THE CLIENT !!!!) | Review: | From start to finish I was on "Cloud9" They are a really nice friendly bunch of people, a well run FTO, they own Leeds Flying School at LBA, Yorkshire Flight Training at Sheffield City Airport. I was doing my PPL with them, it was fantastic. All of the aircraft are well fitted out and very clean/smart. You can do everything from your PPL all the way up to and including the ATPL. While I was with them, I finished my PPL 2 weeks ago, they were setting up the full time ATPL Groundschool at Sheffield Airport. My boyfreind is doing the groundschool with them starting at end of May, he couldnt find anywhere close to home,(Leeds) Oxford was the nearest to the south and Glasgow to the north, no one in between !!!!
