| Review: | Trade winds flight school is a nightmare ! Stay clear of Tradewinds flight school in Ft Pierce. The owner is a rather brutal person, I really felt he was only intersested in my money and was pushing to sell me a lot of unnecessary material (flight computers, books, etc...) while I was only starting my PPL. Trade winds Flight school was a very bad experience. |

You have your flight schools mixed up. You're reviewing one in Canada, not the one in Florida you have a problem with. |

I had the same issue with this school. They owe me almost 5K for failing to complete my rotorcraft course. The rotorcraft was always out of service, the equipment never worked, the training was unprofessional and substandard, worst exp in my life. There students are alwyas going to other schools to finish the training. I reported them to the FAA for failing to train under FAR part 61 and 141. The also advertise they have Deputies for the Saint Lucie Sheriff office flying as instructors and they do not. |
