Review: A good school!
I have trained in quite a few schools round the world and found this school to be professional and with good aircraft. Last time was a few years back but I continue to get good reports. Instructors were professional and the owner enthusiastic and very knowledgable about the industry. Like any flight school where you are going to invest large amounts of money you should pay a visit and get your own impressions. My criteria:
General
Check:
1: Acknowledged and warmly greeted on arrival.
2: Cleanliness
3: Access to facilities and services for aviation
4: Clean aircraft and aircraft records
5: Instructors who seem to be genuinely concerned about education and treat you as a real customer and fellow aviator.
6: Latest documentation and weather
7: Nothing is too much trouble
8: They treat you as a human and don't sound snobbish.
9: They take the time to sit down and chat.
10: General feeling of 'good'.

These are my criteria for selecting a school and Basair passed and was very happy during my time there. The previous reviewer seems to have a gripe!

Review: Basair!! The worst choice u could ever make!!
Hi people,

To all aspiring to be a pilot by joining Basair, I wouldn't be surprised if you changed ur mind midway and chose another profession......I have seen this happen to fellow students in Basair, who gave up in desperation fighting with the college on trivial issues...they are the most unprofessional and unethical people who run this flying school....lucky 4 me as long as I was there, I learnt from and flew with very good instructors....unfortunately none of them are there now with the company....the present lot of instructors at Basair suck!!The Asst.CFI Harvey esp.is a racist and a cheat!! David, the owner is a money minded businessman who has no clue about aviation....thus he runs the company with rickety aircraft as said by another gentleman in his review.....overall the college sucks n definitely not my recommendation to anyone!!! Lol....dont get attracted 2 Milica who is an office staff thr and make the mistake of joining the college.......the last day that she'll speak to u sweetly is the day she receives ur course fees into their bank account....i hv been cheated n taken 4 a toss by Basair,so I don wan anyone elz 2 suffer!!

There nothing to look forward to at this flight school. They fly rusty rickety planes that are aging and require loads of repair.Joining this school can be compared to attempting suicide.
